These terms govern your use of the Ugidani Spice mobile app, published by Daniel Jensen. They cover how orders are placed, how prices and promotions work, and what happens when something goes wrong. Effective 22 September 2026.
By installing or using Ugidani Spice you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you place an order on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that they will accept and pay for the delivery.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you control, for the purpose of viewing the menu and placing food orders. The app, its menu content, photography, descriptions and branding remain the property of the publisher.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract for goods in your country, and able to receive a delivery or attend a collection. Certain items may carry age restrictions where local law requires it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number and address you enter at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered because the address or number was wrong, or because nobody was reachable, may still be charged in full.
Do not use the app to place false, abusive or repeated hoax orders, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy the menu for a competing service, or to attempt to reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted. Abusive behaviour toward staff or drivers may result in refusal of service.
No hoax ordersAdding dishes to the cart and pressing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once the restaurant accepts and begins preparing the order, which is reflected by the status shown in "My Orders". The restaurant may decline an order — for example when an item has run out, the kitchen is at capacity, or the address falls outside the delivery zone.
Spice levels, portion sizes, side swaps and written notes are followed wherever the kitchen reasonably can. Some requests cannot be honoured on certain dishes; where that happens we will contact you or prepare the dish as standard, and you may cancel if it has not yet gone into the oven.
Because food is prepared to order, an order can be amended or cancelled only before the kitchen begins preparation. Contact the restaurant straight away using the number shown with the order. Once cooking has started, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion.
Prices are those shown in the app at the moment of checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and minimum order values, where they apply, are displayed before you confirm. Menu items and prices may change without notice; an obvious pricing error may be corrected and the order re-confirmed or cancelled.
Orders are settled in cash at handover, to the driver on delivery or at the counter on collection. Please have an amount close to the total; drivers carry limited change. The app itself takes no payment and stores no card details.
Cash only · no card in-appDishes are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, mustard and other allergens. Cross-contact cannot be excluded. Allergen notes in the app are provided in good faith but are not a substitute for speaking to the restaurant directly before ordering if you have a serious allergy.
Call the restaurant before placing the order. Do not rely on a free-text note in the app alone.
Menu photography is illustrative. Portion appearance, garnish and colour vary between kitchens and batches. Heat levels are relative to our own scale.
If an item is missing, incorrect or below standard, tell us within a reasonable time of receiving it — the same day wherever possible — with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will replace the item, refund it, or credit it as appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
The app is provided "as is". It depends on your device, your connection and our order system, and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or outside opening hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and order status information may lag behind what is happening in the kitchen.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the app and an order is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed events caused by a late delivery. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may refuse or suspend service where these terms are breached, where orders are repeatedly refused at the door, or where there is credible evidence of fraud or abuse toward staff.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date at the top will be revised, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
How order and contact details are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
